ATG Agency ("we", "us") is a marketing service operated by ATG BLOOMS LLC, a California limited liability company, 3036 Garnet Ln Unit A, Fullerton, CA 92831, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when businesses use ATG Agency, how we use it, and the choices they have.

1. Who this applies to

ATG Agency is used by businesses ("clients") to plan, create and publish marketing. This policy covers information clients give us and information we access from accounts they connect.

2. Information we collect

• Business information you provide — company name, contact details, brand materials, product information and files you upload, and answers to our onboarding questions.
• Connected account data — when you connect a platform such as YouTube, Google Business Profile, Facebook or Instagram, we receive an access token and the data needed to provide the service: basic profile and page/channel details, content you publish through us, and performance statistics (for example views, followers, likes and comments).
• Messages and comments — if you enable inbox features, the comments and messages on your connected accounts so we can show them to you and help draft replies.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) used to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

• To analyse your business and produce marketing strategy and content.
• To publish content you have approved to the accounts you connected, at the times you scheduled.
• To show you performance results and prepare reports.
• To display comments and messages and draft replies for you.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data from connected accounts for advertising to anyone else.

4. Google user data (YouTube and Google Business Profile)

ATG Agency's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features you request — uploading videos you approve, and reading channel and video statistics and comments for your dashboard and reports. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or with your consent. People do not read your Google data except with your permission, for security, or as required by law.

You can also review YouTube's terms at youtube.com/t/terms and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke our access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Meta data (Facebook and Instagram)

When you connect Facebook or Instagram we use the permissions you grant only to publish content you approve, read insights and comments on your pages and accounts, and help you reply to messages. You can remove ATG Agency at any time in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. See also our data deletion instructions.

6. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including cloud hosting, and AI model providers (such as Google, OpenAI and Groq) that process content to generate text, images and video on your behalf. They receive only what is needed for that task.

7. Security and storage

Access tokens are stored on our servers with restricted access, and connections use encrypted HTTPS. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to or when you close your account, unless we must keep something to comply with law.

8. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect any platform at any time, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@atgblooms.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information; we do not sell or share personal information.

9. Children

ATG Agency is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
