Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ATG Agency, a marketing service operated by ATG BLOOMS LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using ATG Agency you agree to them.

1. The service

ATG Agency analyses your business, creates marketing content (text, images and video), and — when you connect your accounts and approve content — publishes it to those accounts and reports on results.

2. Your accounts and approvals

• You must own or be authorised to manage every account you connect.
• By connecting an account you authorise us to act on it only within the permissions you grant, and only for the features you use.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. You can disconnect any account at any time.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the materials you provide. You give us permission to use them to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

4. AI-generated content

Content is produced with the help of AI models. It can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking accuracy — especially prices, claims and legal statements — before approving it.

5. Platform rules

Publishing is subject to each platform's own terms (for example YouTube, Google, Meta and TikTok). We are not responsible for platform decisions such as removing content, limiting reach or suspending accounts.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use ATG Agency for spam, deceptive or unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or to access accounts you are not authorised to manage.

7. Fees

Paid plans, if any, are described at the time of purchase. Usage-based costs (such as video generation) are shown before they are incurred.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, followers or reach. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
